When Joyce Chow graduated from the University of Toronto with a specialization in Labour Management Relations, she knew that she wanted to pursue a career in human resources. But she lacked the experience employers required.
"I found myself in a succession of entry-level administrative jobs and was growing increasingly frustrated. That's when I read a newspaper article about Career Edge. I applied for and, in a relatively short time, was offered a position as Internship Coordinator with Group Human Resources at TD Bank Financial Group."

The Result
After her internship, Joyce Chow was hired full-time at TD Group Human Resources with TD Bank Financial Group as an Internal Resourcing Analyst and later became a Human Resources Counsellor at TD Wealth Management.
